We have current openings for the following positions:

Technical Support & Management

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce regular status reports to management, such as periodic activity reports, account and customer required reports.
• Perform website administration and support as required.
• Configuration of dedicated server hosting using Plesk
• Working between clients & hosting company to troubleshoot email & other hosting related issues.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with a Hosting Interface (such as Plesk or C Panel)
  
• The ability to work in a team and client oriented environment.
  
• Work directly with the design and administrative departments on new and currently active projects.
  
• Basic project management and planning skills.
• Knowledge of Web technologies.
  
• Effective oral/written communication skills

Experience and familiarity with the several of the following technologies:

• Working w/ POP3/SMTP/IMAP Settings
  
• Working with and implementing PHP/MySQL
  
• Must be comfortable and productive working in a small business environment
